We organize cultural and nature tours led by certified local guides. Each itinerary includes transport, scheduled stops, and access to partner workshops or family homes. You join as a participant in a group experience, which means timing and route may adjust slightly based on weather or group needs.
You are responsible for arriving at the meeting point on time, wearing appropriate footwear, and informing us of any health conditions that could affect your participation. During the tour, you agree to follow the guide's instructions, respect private property, and avoid disturbing wildlife or removing natural objects.
Reservations are confirmed once we receive your request through our contact page. If you need to cancel, please notify us at least 48 hours before the scheduled start. Late cancellations or no-shows may affect your ability to book future tours. We reserve the right to cancel a tour due to unsafe conditions or insufficient group size, in which case we offer a full reschedule.
Our guides are trained in first aid and follow safety protocols for each route. However, outdoor activities carry inherent risks. By joining a tour, you acknowledge that you participate voluntarily and accept these risks. We are not liable for personal injury or loss of belongings caused by your own actions or by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Our tours pass through living communities. We ask you to ask permission before photographing people, to buy directly from local producers if you wish to support them, and to carry out any waste you generate. These simple actions keep the valley welcoming for everyone.
